The first apartment has double doors leading into an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining with an open fireplace. The living space has a double height ceiling at one end and there is a mezzanine level where the bedroom is located over the lounge/kitchen area.
The fitted wooden kitchen has a built in oven, separate hobs and an underbench fridge. To one side is a dining table and chairs. The apartment also has a sofa bed for additional sleeping if required. It has a 26” flat screen TV (terrestial) and a Philips mini HiFi.
