| DEPOSIT: A deposit of 500 Euro in cash is required on arrival. This is to cover any significant damage or breakages and telephone. The balance is returned on departure. |

NB: On-site Caretakers are in residence in the Michelangelo apartment unless you specify that either you would prefer them to vacate for privacy, or if both apartments are being rented in addition to the villa. In either case add 10% to the quoted price. The Caretakers can provide assistance with information on the local area, sightseeing and activities as well as booking extras such as a chef, baby sitter if required. They maintain a low profile during rental periods if their assistance is not required.
